Hi,

Welcome to my website. I hope you find something here of interest.

By profession, I'm a Chartered Electrical Engineer working in the railway industry specialising in electric traction. By way of contrast, I can also be found DJing in Manchester doing a club night twice per month playing pop, funky and bouncy house.

Photography has been a very long standing interest, with many years spent concentrating on railways, although more recently I have been spending more time on general subjects. A trip to Manchester Airport for the final Concorde visit in October 2003 rekindled an old interest in aircraft and prompted frequent trips since, while  I combine the interest in music photographing pop and dance acts on stage whenever the opportunity arises.
